As metal cut-to-length line supplier we build, among others, Cut-to-length lines to process  light gauge materials up to 4 mm, cutting lines with a loop and roll feeders or continuous cutting lines with flying or rotary shears.

Some lines are developed to process materials with high aesthetic requirements, such as stainless steel, aluminium and steel for vehicle body parts. The levelling machines are designed specifically for this use, usually in 6HI configuration, on request with interchangeable levelling cassettes and roller cleaning devices.

The continuous production speeds can reach 120 m/min, and the stacking and packing systems are designed for such high flow rates, with a double station and in non-stop mode.

Depending on the type of processed material we supply magnetic, vacuum and mechanical stacking systems with an air cushion.

The automatic packing lines can include automatic transversal and longitudinal strapping of the packs, automatic pallet loading, protective paper application systems and weighing and labelling of the sheet packs.
