Lines for discs and formats

The lines for disc or format cutting are press feeder lines followed by special shearing machines

In production and blanking lines for disc cutting, we use moulds installed on hydraulic presses, moving transversally to the direction of travel, with numerical control.

With angular shears, on the other hand, one can obtain formats of different dimensions, starting with a continuous strip, optimising the use of the sheet metal. This is possible thanks to optimisation SW developed by STAM.

To obtain different geometries, instead of presses and moulds, we use laser or plasma cutting systems.
