Lines for false ceilings
False ceilings consist of panels held up by T bar profiles anchored to the ceiling
False ceilings are employed for aesthetic reasons, to cover materials applied for thermal insulation and soundproofing purposes or to conceal technical equipment (hydraulic, electrical systems, etc.).
The supporting rails must be manufactured with tight tolerances and also require a large number of pressing.
The panels can also require a continuous series of holes for sound absorption made with a specific roller.
We provide complete and flexible rollforming production lines to manufacture both the panels and the supporting T bar profiles with high production speeds and high precision.
